Malt
Extracts Liquid Liquid extract. The same stuff they make
the beer kits from. Once opened you should use it all
at once. If it gets damp or a you spill a drop of water in it
expect it to start fermenting. So, if you want to keep some, make sure
it's dry and sealed and it does keep ok. |

Spraymalt will improve the quality of any beer kit when used in place of sugar. It will brew beers which are less 'dry', with more richness, body and improved head formation and retention. It absorbs water from the air so once opened keep it dry and in an airtight container with no air gap. A plastic bag is ok, it can go solid but is still usable just hard to dissolve! | ||
